The modified Act LXXXV/1996 on Fees came into force on 1 January 2010 regulating the administration and servicing fees to be paid for copies of authentic property sheets, land registration procedures and the electronic data supplying fees of TakarNet services. This Act regulates also the methods of payment, the cases of exemption from charges and other relevant issues.
Also the Decree 155/2009 (XI.16.) FVM (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) was set into force on the 1 January 2010, determining the rate of the administration and servicing fee and the detailed rules of payment for servicing data from the land lease register.
