Separation of the Capital District Land Office

From 2 January on, the Capital District Land Office is transformed into two offices, aiming at better servicing of the clients in Budapest, closer to their homes. Instead of the only Capital District Land Office, having maintained all land related data of whole  Budapest, there were formed Budapest District Land Office No. 1 in the old building in Budafoki Street with a field of competence covering the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd districts), and Budapest District Land Office No. 2 within the building of Lehel Square Market Hall with a field competence covering the following Budapest districts: 5th, 6th and 13th. The development goes on: according to plans, before the end 2007, Budapest District Land Office No. 3. will also be opened on Bosnyák tér, 14th district.
