The following TakarNet services are only available for the registered, contracted users who have got the Access Permit. Get more information about the conditions of TakarNet access here.

The TakarNet services are being extended step by step.  Beyond the most frequently requested services at the district land offices, now there is opportunity to apply for change monitoring of property sheet data too. Any land office can be accessed from any point of the country; i. e. the property sheet of a real estate located in Balatonfüred can also be queried from a district land office in Budapest or Miskolc. 
The services are the following:

           - review copy (containing current existing records only) or
           - complete copy (containing also the records of previous deletions/cancellations).

The e-authentic copy of property sheet serviced as electronic document is a written electronic instrument that contains the authenticating clause (certificate) of the provider; the provider authenticates it with electronic signature of advanced security and places a time marker on it. This e-authentic document has probative force though it is not considered as official document. The provider certifies with the certificate and the institutional electronic signature that the e-authentic document originates from the land registration database; its content in the marked time corresponds to the authentic and valid data kept in electronic form in the land registration database.  Printed paper version is not accepted as authentic document: it has probative force in electronic form only.

From 1 January 2010 on, in line with the amended rules of law, only the e-authentic property sheet corresponds to the conditions of the electronic document of advanced security – as regulated in the Act XXXV/2001– consequently, the e-authentic copy of property sheet only has the necessary probative force that corresponds to the legal effects connected to private documents having complete probative force. Exclusively the e-authentic copy of property sheet can be accepted as virtual format of the tools of probative force mentioned in the procedural acts.

Consequently, in accordance with the above mentioned amendments in rules of law, from 1 January 2010 on, the non-authentic copies of property sheets serviced online must not be downloaded to the users’ computers and must not be printed either. It is recommended that all those users who need land registration data the legal effect of which corresponds to that of the private documents of complete probative force, should apply for e-authentic copy of property sheet.

• Copy of cadastral map extract 
  in other words, the digital land registration maps stored in the district land offices showing a given parcel or other real estate and the surrounding ones can be viewed online. This kind of service started on 1 June 2005 with the query of the maps covering the area of Budapest. Later on, also the digital maps of the rural area were ready, and the offices started servicing map data of the rural areas on 3 April 2006. As by the end 2007 all digital maps of the built-up areas were ready, since that time also digital land registration map copies have been made available for the whole territory of Hungary in pdf format.

• E-authentic copy of land lease sheet
  can be requested by registered TakarNet users only, according to various search data, e.g. parcel number, data of the leaseholder/tenant. This kind of service has been available since 1 January 2010.  To view the requested e-authentic copy of land lease sheet in pdf format – apart from the corresponding software (e.g. Acrobat Reader) – the installation of the freely available e-Szignó program is also necessary. The e-authenticated copy of land lease sheet can be requested online in the following formats (note that certain types of copies are only accessible for the users entitled to it):
   
  - complete copy (containing the current records and also those of previous deletions/cancellations)
  - complete review copy (containing the current data only)
  - partial copy (containing current and deleted records queried for the given parcel)
  - partial review copy (containing current records only queried for the given parcel)   

• Query of account information 
  In the TakarNet system, all registered users are having their own bank account, so any user can view his/her own account, follow the transactions, payment obligations and balance.

• Change monitoring of property sheet data 
  The user receives an e-mail in the moment when any kind of change happened in the data of his/her registered property (marginal note recorded, change of postal address, recording of an easement, change in the ownership etc.). This kind of service has been available since 15 September 2005 for all TakarNet users.

Now, TakarNet services are surely accessible during office hours: from Monday to Thursday between 8:30 and 16:00, on Friday 8:30 and 13.30. In many land offices where the technical conditions are in place (Budapest and major towns) TakarNet is working also beyond office hours.
According to plans, the network services will operate round the clock from October 2010.
