The administrative servicing fees of the property sheet copies supplied as electronic documents are determined by the Act LXXXV/1996. The ministerial decree No. 176/2009 (XII. 28.) FVM and the TakarNet Service Contract, General Servicing Conditions, Enclosure „A” (available only in Hungarian) regulate the way and administrative servicing fees, pricing and detailed rules of payment.

The digital certificate represents the authorized access to TakarNet system, i. e. the technical realisation of joining the system. All these fulfil the condition specified as the „electronic signature of advanced security as a minimum, suitable for immediate examination of validity” in the Act CXXII/2005, par. 46 (3).

The digital certificate can be purchased for two periods of time; the expenses contain the costs of production and maintenance of the certificate:

HUF 40 000 + VAT for 3 (three) years 
HUF 70 000 + VAT for 6 (six) years.

The above written prices relate to one digital certificate and the selected period of time. The price of the digital certificate for the selected period should be paid by all users, independently from the fact if he/she is exempted from the payment of data fee or not.

With one digital certificate at one moment only one access can be realized, so, if several case officers of an institution wished to have access to TakarNet data, the institution would purchase digital certificates for each employee separately.

The data service through the network is subject to payment of fees. The user only pays for the services requested. The service fees are determined by the above mentioned rules of law, excepted change monitoring, as this kind of service is additional, i. e. beyond the prescribed obligatory services of the land office network.
