Servicing land lease data and the service fee

The land office provides land lease sheet copies – displayed after query from the land lease register maintained by the land office. The land lease sheet can be serviced both as paper based copy and as electronic document too. Types of copies of land lease sheet:

• Full copy of the land lease sheet, which contains all registered data (existing and deleted records);
• Full review copy of the land lease sheet, which contains all existing data;
• Partial copy of the land lease sheet, which contains all registered (existing and deleted records) as downloaded for the land parcel indicated in the application;
• Partial review copy of the land lease sheet, which contains all existing data as downloaded for the land parcel indicated in the application.

The full copies of land lease sheet can only be provided for authorities to manage public administration cases, procedures started for judging reports of public interest or claims, for courts, attorneys at law and investigation departments to perform their duties provided by rules of law, and finally for the land lessee from his/her own land lease sheet.
The mentioned legal persons should indicate in their application the exact rule of law and the case number for the arrangement of which they need the data.

     Viewing a sample land lease sheet

Paper based copy of land lease sheets are provided by the land office on request or official letter of application. The application should be submitted on standardized application form.
The land office provides copy of land lease sheet as electronic document also online through TakarNet system for its registered users.

The fee of the copy of land lease sheet is HUF 800, - /page. 
Data service is free of charge for authorities on a letter of request to perform their official duties.

Apart from the case when requesting electronic copy of land lease sheet,  the fee is to be paid in cash at the cash-desk of the territorially competent district land office, or,  if there is opportunity for that, by cheque or bank transfer to the account of the competent county land office.  In the latter case, parallel with the submission of the application, the payment should be proven with a document or its copy.
